Occupational Therapist (full or part time):
We are seeking 1-2 dedicated occupational therapists who are interested in gaining experience with the DIR/Floortime approach to treatment. Nashoba Pediatric Therapies is a neurodiverse-affirming practice that values the strengths of the children we serve and strives to include parents in all aspects of the intervention process. ​Experiences with a pediatric caseload is beneficial. At Nashoba Pediatric Therapies we are excited to work with those who may be new to the field, or are looking to expand into work with a neurodivergent caseload. We offer a new graduate mentoring program to help those without extensive pediatric experience to thrive in their first professional position. We will also work with established clinicians to expand their skillset to include working within a pediatric setting. Our goal is to bring new therapists to out practice who have a strong desire to work with children and families, providing exceptional care. Work-Life balance is important to us! We are continually seeking ways to minimize the burdens of documentation and time needed to prepare for client visits. We are excited to offer an opportunity to flex your schedule , allowing work from home documentation time starting at 4 hours per week. Our practice is small but growing. Additional planned benefits to be added include, 401K, flexible spending accounts and tuition reimbursement/ loan repayment programs. ​ **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans - Implement and monitor therapeutic activities to improve patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being - Collaborate with parents/caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for their children - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within set timelines ​ **Requirements:** - Degree in Occupational Therapy - State licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligible for a license (new graduates may apply before eligibility is met) - Experience and/or confidence working with children who experience regulation challenges -Experience and/or confidence including families into treatment programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Email your resume and cover letter to Contact@nptot.com. Speech Language Therapist (part time):
We are seeking an experienced clinician who is able to start and build our SLP department. Are you ready to work toward leadership? Or, are you eager to find a position where you can structure a schedule to meet your needs? We are open to your ideas! Nashoba Pediatric Therapies is currently an OT-only practice however we are looking to expand with the eventual goal of providing exceptional care to all children in the area, offering multiple therapies at a single location. We need our first SLP to be someone who is willing and able to help us build the department from the bottom up. Work-Life balance is important to us!
