We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children and their family improve their quality of life through occupational therapy interventions. We are looking to add a team member who has experience with, or who is interested in gaining experience with the DIR/Floortime approach to treatment. Nashoba Pediatric Therapies is a neurodiverse-affirming practice that values the strengths of the children we serve and strives to include parents in all aspects of the intervention process. ​ Our ideal candidate will be an occupational therapist with previous experience working with a pediatric caseload and who is looking for a consistent schedule on a fee-for-service basis. New graduates with a strong desire to work in pediatrics may be considered. Opportunity exists for continuing education support and to progress from a per diem to a part-time arrangement. Our long-term goal is to grow the practice from a small, solo practitioner office to a multi-practitioner clinic over the next few years. ​ **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans - Implement and monitor therapeutic activities to improve patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being - Collaborate with parents/caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for their children - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within set timelines ​ **Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy - State licensure as an Occupational Therapist - Experience and confidence working with children who experience regulation challenges -Experience and confidence including families into treatment programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Able to commit to a regular schedule that will include evening and/or weekend hours ​ Interested applicants should email resume and cover letter to OT@NashobaPediatricTherapies.com ​
