We are seeking 1-2 dedicated occupational therapists who are interested in gaining experience with the DIR/Floortime approach to treatment. Nashoba Pediatric Therapies is a neurodiverse-affirming practice that values the strengths of the children we serve and strives to include parents in all aspects of the intervention process. ​Experiences with a pediatric caseload is beneficial. At Nashoba Pediatric Therapies we are excited to work with those who may be new to the field, or are looking to expand into work with a neurodivergent caseload. We offer a new graduate mentoring program to help those without extensive pediatric experience to thrive in their first professional position. We will also work with established clinicians to expand their skillset to include working within a pediatric setting.
