What if you don't take my child's insurance?

Some plans allow clients to access "Out of Network" providers. Contact your insurance carrier to make this determination. A "Superbill" can be provided to assist with out of network reimbursements

What is your payment policy for groups?
-
Group programs are payable in advance for a 3-month session with payment in full is due prior to the first session. Monthly billing is possible when a credit card is provided to allow for automatic billing.

What if my child can't complete their 3-month group session?

In the event that your child cannot complete their group session an early cancellation fee will apply.

How do we get started with therapy or a group?

Does my child need a prescription from their doctor?

Yes, a prescription is necessary to schedule an evaluation. We can guide you through the process of obtaining a prescription if you do not already have one.

Can you see my child at their daycare / preschool / private school?

This option is available on a case-by-case basis after care has been initiated onsite at the Nashoba Pediatric Therapies clinic

We will need to obtain permission from appropriate personal at community locations prior to planning an on site visit. Be aware that some establishments may not allow this arrangement. We can work with you to obtain necessary permissions.
