Payment Options

  • Do you accept my child's insurance?

    • We are "In Network" with:

      • Aetna​

      • BCBS of Massachusetts  and most other BCBS plans)

      • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care

      • Mass General Brigham Health Plan (commercial plans only - **not MassHealth ACO's)

      • NH Medicaid

      • New Hampshire Healthy Families

      • Wellsense (NH- all plans, **FOR MA plans - commercial plans only - Not MassHealth ACO's)​​​​

    • We are not in network, but may be able to accept:

      • Tricare East / Humana

  • What if you don't take my child's insurance?

    • Some plans allow clients to access "Out of Network" providers.  Contact your insurance carrier to make this determination.  A "Superbill" can be provided to assist with out of network reimbursements​

    • Private pay options are available. - please inquire

  • Why don't you accept MassHealth?

    • Due to low reimbursement rates and hurdles in obtaining payments we have elected to stop accepting new clients with MassHealth as of 1/10/2024.  Clients with MassHealth as a primary payer are unable to access out of network billing options with Nashoba Pediatric Therapies per state regulations.  For clients with Masshealth as a secondary payer we will be unable to bill MassHealth for copayments and deductibles as of 1/10/2024​​​​​​

  • What is your payment policy for groups?

    • Group programs are payable in advance for a 3-month session with payment in full is due prior to the first session.  Monthly billing is possible when a credit card is provided to allow for automatic billing. 

  • What if my child can't complete their 3-month group session?

    • In the event that your child cannot complete their group session an early cancellation fee will apply.   ​

Getting Started

  • How do we get started with therapy or a group?

    • If you would like more information about our services, or to schedule an appointment, call or email us.

  • Does my child need a perscription from their doctor?

    • Yes, a precscription is necessary to schedule an evaluation.  We can guide you through the process of obtaining a perscription if you do not already have one.  

  • Can you see my child at their daycare / preschool / private school?

    • We will need to obtain permission from appropriate personal at community locations prior to plannning an on site visit.  ​ Be aware that some establishments may not allow this arrangement.  We can work with you to obtain necessary permissions.
