Payment Options

  • ​Do you accept my child's insurance?

    • ​We are "In Network" with:​

      • Aetna​

      • BCBS of Massachusetts  and most other BCBS plans)

      • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care

      • Mass General Brigham Health Plan

      • Mass Health

      • NH Medicaid

      • New Hampshire Healthy Families

      • Wellsense (NH- all plans, **FOR MA plans - commercial plans only - Not MassHealth ACO's)​​​​

    • ​We are not in network, but may be able to accept:

      • Tricare East / Humana

  • What if you don't take my child's insurance?​

    • Some plans allow clients to access "Out of Network" providers.  Contact your insurance carrier to make this determination.  A "Superbill" can be provided to assist with out of network reimbursements​

    • Private pay options are available. - please inquire​​​​

  • What is your payment policy for groups?

    • Group programs are payable in advance for a 3-month session with payment in full is due prior to the first session.  Monthly billing is possible when a credit card is provided to allow for automatic billing.  ​

  • What if my child can't complete their 3-month group session?

    • In the event that your child cannot complete their group session an early cancellation fee will apply.   ​

Getting Started

  • How do we get started with therapy or a group?

    • If you would like more information about our services, or to schedule an appointment, call or email us.

  • Does my child need a prescription from their doctor?

    • Yes, a prescription is necessary to schedule an evaluation.  We can guide you through the process of obtaining a prescription if you do not already have one.  ​

  • Can you see my child at their daycare / preschool / private school?

    • ​This option is available on a case-by-case basis after care has been initiated onsite at the Nashoba Pediatric Therapies clinic 

    • We will need to obtain permission from appropriate personal at community locations prior to planning an on site visit.  ​ Be aware that some establishments may not allow this arrangement.  We can work with you to obtain necessary permissions.​

    • Additional fees may apply
