  • Do you accept my child's insurance?

  • What if you don't take my child's insurance?

    • Private pay options are available.  We can then provide you with a "superbill" that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.​​​​​

  • What is your payment policy for groups?

    • Group programs are payable in advance for a 3-month session with payment in full is due prior to the first session.  Monthly billing is possible when a credit card is provided to allow for automatic billing. 

  • What if my child can't complete their 3-month group session?

    • In the event that your child cannot complete their group session an early cancellation fee will apply.   ​

  • How do we get started with therapy or a group?

    • If you would like more information about our services, or to schedule an appointment, call or email us.

  • Does my child need a perscription from their doctor?

    • Yes, a precscription is necessary to schedule an evaluation.  We can guide you through the process of obtaining a perscription if you do not already have one.  

  • Can you see my child at their daycare / preschool / private school?

    • We will need to obtain permission from appropriate personal at community locations prior to plannning an on site visit.  ​ Be aware that some establishments may not allow this arrangement.  We can work with you to obtain necessary permissions.
